Project: Twin Transition

The Twin Transition project boosts innovation in digitalization and sustainability through collaboration and resource-sharing for SME’s.

The Twin Transition project aims to strengthen national and international collaboration for innovation-promoting organizations in digitalization and sustainability (referred to as Twin Transition) through resource and knowledge sharing, which increases the innovation capacity of small and medium-sized enterprises.

The overall goal of the project is to create a more coordinated and efficient system for innovation in digitalization and sustainability in Sweden.

In addition to the overarching goal, the project has three sub-goals:

• Create a national network in Twin Transition (digitalization and sustainability) with at least 10 partner organizations to promote cross-sector collaboration and innovation.

• Mobilize resources from at least 3 different regions to support innovation and digitalization with a sustainability perspective, and establish shared resources and support initiatives for innovation-promoting actors.

• Strengthen international relations and increase recognition of Sweden as an important player in the European innovation system through at least 5 international exchanges of models and best practices during the project’s duration.
