Developing Clusters of Sweden
The Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth supports Clusters of Sweden
In the autumn of 2021, Clusters of Sweden – through funding from the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth – is running a project that aims to strengthen and develop Swedish clusters’ strategic and operational ability to strengthen companies’ competitiveness.
The project has four goals:
Increase the efficiency of cluster organisations in supporting SMEs with innovation processes
Strengthen the competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises by creating links between members of different clusters for increased cooperation and knowledge exchange
Begin participation in European collaborations, based on the needs of the participating clusters
Lay the foundation for a long-term plan ahead for Clusters of Sweden, and how cluster collaboration can address challenges regarding, for example, skills supply, digitalisation and sustainable change
